Lunch box messages cookies for back to school

I can't believe that the summer is over and the kids are back to school.... I love having my girl around in the house we have a lot of fun, and particularly this summer was very special!!

I will miss her a lot...she is my best friend, she is always encouraging me in all my projects and I just love to spend time with her!!

I made this cool cookies to put them in her lunch box, to remind her how much I miss her!!

For this cookie you will  need:

*  Foolproof cookie recipe
*  Message cookie cutter
*  Royal icing
*  Americolor in electric yellow, deep pink and black
*   2 Pastry bag, coupler and decorating tip pme #1.5

PROCEDURE:

1.-  Cut out the cookies, bake them and let them cool.

2.-  Prepare medium consistency royal icing in electric yellow and deep pink  and pour them in the pastry bags.

3.-  Prepare black flooding royal icing.

4.-  Flood the cookies using the black icing and let them dry for 8 hrs.

5.-  When they are completely dry, put the messages using the yellow and the pink icing and let them dry.

I am pretty sure your kids will love this easy cookies!!
